Sales & Loan Associates
All associates will become licensed pawnbrokers
Personable, friendly individuals eager to learn about products, merchandising, item values and computer Point of Sale System.
Pay is hourly at up to 40 hours per week with commission structure.
Those trainable, dependable and eager to learn have potential for advancement to management positions. Social Media skills desired and bi-lingual is a plus.
Management
We will help you become a licensed pawnbroker
Smart self starters who have experience running people in a retail environment.
Must have good people skills and ability to learn details and values on all types of products. Must possess quick decision making skills to evaluate customers items for loan values, purchases values, etc... Pay for Store Manager is salary plus store Bonus, for Assistant Managers its hourly plus commissions. social media skills required and bi-lingual is a plus.
